Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload across Early Help, Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care.
Collaborate with Preparation for Adulthood colleagues to support young people and families in planning for adulthood.
Work alongside paediatric occupational therapists, Best Start in Life Advisers, and family workers in a multi-disciplinary team.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across agencies and disciplines.
Work autonomously while managing a caseload and travel across rural North Dorset using your own transport.
Requirements
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Experience in children’s services is essential; experience in disability services is preferred.
Strong partnership working and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
Own transport is essential for travel across the rural area.
