<h3 data-start="1488" data-end="1506"><strong>Daily Duties</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1509" data-end="1627">Lead architectural design and technical delivery on assigned projects (logistics, retail, commercial or residential)</li>
<li data-start="1630" data-end="1712">Prepare and review schematic design, detailed design and technical documentation</li>
<li data-start="1715" data-end="1816">Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal team to ensure design intent and buildability</li>
<li data-start="1819" data-end="1913">Mentor and manage junior staff/technicians: delegate tasks, review work and provide guidance</li>
<li data-start="1916" data-end="1999">Oversee production of drawings, specifications, BIM models and other deliverables</li>
<li data-start="2002" data-end="2098">Ensure compliance with building regulations, CDM, quality assurance and sustainability targets</li>
<li data-start="2101" data-end="2192">Engage with clients and stakeholders: present proposals, prepare reports, attend meetings</li>
<li data-start="2195" data-end="2287">Contribute to business development, design innovation and strategic growth of the practice</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-start="2289" data-end="2310"><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="2313" data-end="2532">Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) or Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist with substantial experience in delivering complex projects across one or more of the following: logistics, retail, commercial, residential</li>
<li data-start="2535" data-end="2657">Proven track record of leading projects from concept through to delivery, including technical coordination and detailing</li>
<li data-start="2660" data-end="2723">Strong proficiency with BIM software and associated workflows</li>
<li data-start="2726" data-end="2823">Excellent drawing, specification and documentation skills; highly organised and detail-oriented</li>
<li data-start="2826" data-end="2933">Confident in client-facing roles and able to contribute strategically to project and business development</li>
<li data-start="2936" data-end="3048">Collaborative team player with mentoring experience; comfortable leading a technical team and fostering growth</li>
<li data-start="3051" data-end="3145">Passionate about high-quality design, sustainability and innovation in the built environment</li>
