<p>Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer (Mobile)</p><p>📍 London / South East (Mobile Role)<br>🏢 Pareto FM – Specialist Services Team<br>💰 £45,000 – £50,000 DOE + Package</p><p>Pareto FM are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing Specialist Services team.</p><p>This is a mobile engineering role covering a variety of commercial, office, luxury residential, and retail properties across London and the South East. You’ll be responsible for delivering servicing, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and small project works across a busy and varied portfolio.</p><p>This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive specialist team environment.</p><hr><h2>The Role</h2><p>You’ll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, quoted works, and small installations across a range of commercial air conditioning systems.</p><p>This is a hands-on role with a strong pipeline of work, requiring someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain high engineering standards at all times.</p><hr><h2>What You’ll Be Doing</h2><ul><li><p>Delivering PPM servicing across commercial AC systems</p></li><li><p>Attending reactive call-outs and carrying out fault finding</p></li><li><p>Completing quoted works and small installation projects</p></li><li><p>Working on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and AHUs</p></li><li><p>Reporting completed works and highlighting follow-on requirements</p></li><li><p>Maintaining high standards of workmanship and client interaction</p></li><li><p>Working safely and in line with company procedures and compliance standards</p></li></ul><hr><h2>Team & Support Structure</h2><p>You’ll be part of the Specialist Services team, reporting into the Specialist Services Manager with day-to-day support from the AC Supervisor and office team.</p><p>Engineers typically work independently on day-to-day jobs but regularly support each other on larger installs, project works, and complex faults. Communication across the team is strong, with regular contact and job management through Simpro CAFM.</p><p>Knowledge sharing and collaboration are actively encouraged across the engineering team.</p><hr><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul><li><p>Proven experience working on commercial AC systems</p></li><li><p>NVQ Level 2 minimum in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration (Level 3 preferred)</p></li><li><p>F-Gas qualification (essential)</p></li><li><p>Strong fault-finding ability</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Mitsubishi and Daikin equipment</p></li><li><p>Full UK driving licence</p></li><li><p>Professional and client-focused approach</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working independently across multiple sites</p></li></ul><hr><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li><p>£45,000 – £50,000 salary depending on experience</p></li><li><p>Company van, tools, uniform, and phone provided</p></li><li><p>25 days holiday + birthday off</p></li><li><p>Pension scheme</p></li><li><p>Private healthcare after 6 months</p></li><li><p>Ongoing workload with variety across servicing, reactives, and projects</p></li><li><p>Long-term progression opportunities as the business continues to grow</p></li></ul>
