Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Dispatcher for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with both second and third shifts available.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls
Dispatch and schedule orders
Document all account updates in the computer system
Make follow-up calls to customers as needed
Requirements
1+ years of Customer Service/Support experience
Ability to work second and/or third shift and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to pass a background check and a drug test
