Respect for ourselves grows through all the hard work and great service we provide to the communities we are privileged to serve</p><p></p><p><u>Position Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the customer service department, Inside Sales and Broker representatives</p></li><li><p>Assist with the development and implementation of reporting procedures</p></li><li><p>Promote Waste Connections standard operating procedures, which assure efficient environmentally correct and safe workplace practices</p></li><li><p>Ensure that the sales programs are being implemented</p></li><li><p>Develop, motivate, and manage sales staff</p></li><li><p>Prepare bids, sales reports and track revenues</p></li><li><p>Interact with customers and regulatory agencies</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><ul><li><p>Bachelors Degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered</p></li><li><p>3 years directly related management expertise</p></li><li><p>Previous Sales Supervision experience</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Management experience in a call center environment is preferred</p></li><li><p>Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We offer excellent benefits including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, long term disability, life insurance, 401K retirement and unlimited opportunities to "Connect with Your Future". </p><p></p><p><i>Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
