Senior HR Advisor

Our Client, a growing Technology business, is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic and growing People Team. About the role:

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will:

• Be the go-to expert for complex employee relations matters
• Provide pragmatic advice to managers and ensure timely and effective resolutions
• Be pivotal in performance management
• Conduct investigations
• Handle disciplinary matters
• Manage grievances
• Oversee absence management
• Include Occupational Health referrals and advise on reasonable adjustments
• Empower/ upskills Managers to manage own people issues, both through coaching and design & delivery of training workshops

There will also be a significant project element to this role and your influence will extend to:

• Policy and process development
• Leading the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Interpreting employment legislation and advising the business on necessary changes
• Streamlining HR processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency

In addition to these responsibilities, you will support wider HR initiatives such as employee engagement and organisational change programmes.

About You:

• You are CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
• You have proven experience in a similar role with significant exposure to complex ER casework
• You possess a strong knowledge of UK employment law
• You are someone who is happy to work in the office at least 2 days per week
