Contract Manager – Engineering Team Location: OX11 Postcode Area Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + bonus Benefits: Company car, private healthcare, training & progression Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead a team of four engineers on a static commercial site in the OX11 area for a major Facilities Management company. This is a senior role for a hands-on manager with strong leadership skills, responsible for delivering exceptional service, compliance, and operational performance. The Role Lead, motivate, and manage a team of four engineers (electrical, mechanical, or fabric) Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance operations Ensure site compliance with statutory regulations and company standards Manage client relationships, reporting, and service delivery expectations Coordinate resources, schedules, and work allocation efficiently Drive performance, health & safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Participate in high-level escalations and occasional call-out rota What’s on Offer Salary up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience Company car Performance-related bonus scheme Private healthcare Training and career progression opportunities Monday–Friday working hours (8–5) Stable role within a major FM organisation About You Strong leadership experience managing a team of engineers Background in facilities management or building services maintenance Excellent client-facing and communication skills Proven experience with budgets, reporting, and compliance standards Hands-on technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, or building fabric systems Full UK driving licence Interested?
