This setting focuses heavily on relationship-building, consistency, and routine, supporting students who may have struggled in mainstream education. The role: Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis Managing behaviour and helping regulate emotions Working closely with teaching staff to deliver structured support Creating a calm and safe learning environment You’ll need: Experience with SEMH, behaviour, or similar backgrounds A calm, consistent approach A valid DBS on the Update Service Up-to-date safeguarding training This is a long-term opportunity with real scope to go permanent.
