Civil Litigation Lawyer Debt Recovery North West Remote/Hybrid working £50-65 Part Time Sellick Partnership are proud to be recruiting for a Debt Recovery Lawyer to join a reputable local authority in the North West on a locum basis while the council undertake permanent recruitment. They are looking for someone for about 15 hours a week and the role can be worked entirely remotely. Responsibilities of the Debt Recovery Lawyer include: Statutory Debt Recovery and probate work ASC Debt Recovery Commercial rent arrears Contractual Disputes Although prior experience within Local Government would be preferred, it is not essential.
