<p>Regional Account Manager</p><p>📍 Field-Based (Multi-Site)<br>🏢 Pareto FM<br>💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits</p><p>Pareto FM is looking for an experienced and driven Regional Account Manager to oversee the delivery of soft services contracts across a portfolio of client sites.</p><p>This role is field-based, covering multiple client sites, and travel is a core part of the position. You’ll be responsible for operational delivery, client relationships, compliance, people management, and commercial performance across your allocated region.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and leading teams across multiple environments while building strong client relationships and driving service excellence.</p><h2>The Role</h2><p>As Regional Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of allocated accounts across the region, ensuring operational standards, staffing, compliance, and financial performance are delivered in line with client expectations and company standards.</p><p>You’ll work closely with Account Managers, site teams, clients, and support functions to maintain high service standards across all contracts.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Oversee the day-to-day delivery of multiple soft services contracts across the region</p></li><li><p>Manage and support Account Managers and onsite teams across allocated sites</p></li><li><p>Ensure smooth operational delivery, including holiday and sickness cover planning</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular operational updates</p></li><li><p>Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll queries, leavers, and wider HR processes</p></li><li><p>Ensure all sites have the correct equipment, uniforms, consumables, and resources</p></li><li><p>Oversee planned maintenance scheduling and subcontractor coordination where required</p></li><li><p>Ensure client purchase orders are received and processed correctly</p></li><li><p>Raise purchase orders and support monthly invoicing and recharge processes</p></li><li><p>Carry out regular site audits and provide feedback to teams and clients</p></li><li><p>Monitor service standards, compliance, and overall contract performance</p></li><li><p>Support aged debt management and invoice payment follow-up</p></li><li><p>Ensure site compliance documentation is fully up to date, including RAMS, COSHH, and SSOW</p></li><li><p>Promote Health & Safety best practice, including toolbox talks and online training</p></li><li><p>Report accidents, incidents, and near misses in line with company procedures</p></li><li><p>Support mobilisation of new contracts, including TUPE consultation processes</p></li><li><p>Coordinate regional vehicles, equipment maintenance, and PAT testing</p></li><li><p>Support monitoring and management of shared helpdesk activity</p></li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul><li><p>Previous experience managing multiple soft services or cleaning contracts</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and people management experience</p></li><li><p>Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of Health & Safety and operational compliance</p></li><li><p>IOSH qualification or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office</p></li><li><p>Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities</p></li><li><p>Experience within specialist cleaning or soft services environments is desirable</p></li><li><p>Confident managing operational issues and driving service improvements</p></li><li><p>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites</p></li></ul><h2>About You</h2><p>You’ll be a hands-on, solutions-focused manager who enjoys building strong relationships and supporting teams across multiple locations.</p><p>You’ll be comfortable balancing operational delivery with client expectations, while maintaining high standards across compliance, service quality, and team performance.</p><h2>Why Join Pareto FM?</h2><ul><li><p>Opportunity to manage a diverse regional portfolio</p></li><li><p>Autonomy and ownership within a growing FM business</p></li><li><p>Supportive leadership structure and collaborative culture</p></li><li><p>Exposure to varied client environments and operational challenges</p></li><li><p>A business focused on quality, service, and continuous improvement</p></li></ul>
