We're seeking an experienced Director of Facilities Management to lead the operational performance of our facilities organization and ensure every club delivers a safe, reliable, and exceptional member experience.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Reporting to the Vice President of Facilities, you'll oversee Regional Facilities Managers responsible for maintaining our portfolio of clubs while driving operational excellence, preventive maintenance, capital execution, vendor performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Lead facilities operations across 70+ club locations, ensuring consistent execution of preventive maintenance, repairs, and building systems management.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage and develop Regional Facilities Managers while building a high-performing, scalable field organization.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Oversee CMMS performance, work order management, preventive maintenance, asset tracking, and reporting.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets, forecasting, and regional financial performance.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Partner with Procurement to manage regional vendor performance and service quality.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, fire/life safety, and building regulations while leading facility-related incident response.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Collaborate with Operations, Construction, Engineering, Aquatics, Finance, Real Estate, Legal, and Procurement to support club operations, renovations, and new club openings.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Leverage technology, analytics, and automation to improve efficiency, asset reliability, and field productivity.</span></li></ul><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">8+ years of progressive facilities management experience, including leadership of multi-site portfolios (20+ locations).</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">3+ years leading managers responsible for facilities operations.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience managing operating and capital budgets in a multi-site environment.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems, preventive maintenance, and CMMS platforms.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proven success leading field operations, vendor management, and operational improvements across distributed locations.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to travel approximately 30–40%.</span></li></ul><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Preferred</strong></p><ul><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or other high-volume multi-site environments.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">CFM, FMP, or similar professional certification.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience implementing or optimizing a CMMS
