CNC Machine Operator

 

A CNC Operator, or CNC Machinist, is in charge of operating the computer numerical control (CNC) machine. They produce machined parts according to established parameters and specifications. Some perform inspections of industrial machines and work areas. A CNC Operator also calibrates all machines to their proper operating levels. Willing to train

 

This person must have 2-4 years of on the job experience. You must also know your G & M codes and have your own transportation. 

You will also interview with the Client as well as Express.

 

Duties:

 

• Must work within safe guidelines described in the safety program.
• Operators are to follow Control Plans fully. Control plans outline the job processes and frequency that features are to be checked.
• Operators are to be expected to run production with quality in mind.
• Process sheets are provided for all jobs. 
• Operators will be trained to read and understand Micrometers, Calipers, dial gages,  depth micrometers and height gages.
• Once trained, operators are to be able to tear down and set up machines for different jobs when needed within a timely manner.
