<strong>Payroll & Business Support Administrator</strong><br><br><strong>Warrington | Full Time | Competitive Salary </strong><br><br>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fast-growing client based in Warrington. They are currently seeking a <strong>Payroll & Business Support Administrator</strong> to join their friendly and supportive team.<br><br>This is a varied position that combines payroll, accounts administration, compliance, and customer service responsibilities, making it ideal for somebody who enjoys a diverse role and takes pride in delivering a professional and accurate service.<br><br>You will play a key role within the business, ensuring that both hourly paid and salaried employees are paid accurately and on time, while providing first-class support to colleagues, customers, and management.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul><li>Managing multiple payrolls for various sites, ensuring over 250 employees are paid accurately and on time.<br><br></li><ul><li>Handling payroll-related queries including tax, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory payments.<br><br></li><li>Carrying out compliance checks to ensure all audit requirements are met.<br><br></li><li>Supporting credit control activities, including chasing outstanding invoices and resolving account queries.<br><br></li><li>Assisting with accounts administration and maintaining accurate financial records.<br><br></li><li>Producing payroll reports, updating spreadsheets, and preparing management information for the senior leadership team and directors.<br><br></li><li>Processing new starter information and ensuring all employee documentation meets compliance standards.<br><br></li><li>Liaising confidently with employees, customers, and management to resolve queries effectively.<br><br></li><li>Delivering exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.<br><br></li><li>Providing general administrative support across the business as required.<br><br></li></ul></ul> <br><br> <br><br> <br><br> <br><br>The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong eye for detail.<br><br><strong>Ideally, you will have:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Previous payroll, accounts, finance, or related administrative experience.<br><br></li><ul><li>Strong administration and organisational skills.<br><br></li><li>Excellent IT skills, particularly <strong>Microsoft Excel.</strong><br><br></li><li>Strong numerical and analytical ability.<br><br></li><li>High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.<br><br></li><li>A professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.<br><br></li><li>The ability to work independently whilst also contributing as part of a busy team.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>What's on Offer?</strong><br><br><ul><li>Competitive salary dependent upon experience.<br><br></li><ul><li>Comprehensive training and ongoing support.<br><br></li><li>Excellent opportunities for career progression and development.<br><br></li><li>Friendly and supportive working environment.<br><br></li><li>The opportunity to join a successful and growing business where your contribution will be valued.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>If you are looking for a varied and rewarding role within a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
