Quantum Scholars is currently seeking compassionate, engaging, and adaptable EOTAS Tutors to provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils accessing Education Other Than At School (EOTAS) provision across Wokingham and the wider Berkshire area.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a young person's life by helping them rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve positive educational outcomes in a setting that works for them.
We welcome applications from experienced tutors, teachers, learning mentors, SEN specialists, youth workers, pastoral staff, HLTAs, TAs, intervention staff, and other professionals with experience supporting children and young people with SEND.
About the RoleAs an EOTAS Tutor, you will deliver personalised 1:1 sessions to primary or secondary-aged pupils who are currently unable to access mainstream education. Many of the learners we support may present with:
Sessions are delivered during school hours, either within the pupil's home or in suitable community settings.
Key ResponsibilitiesQTS and formal teaching qualifications are welcomed but are not essential for all opportunities.
A degree in a relevant subject area is desirable.
