We have a fantastic opportunity for Sales Support Specialist to join Monri Payments d.o.o. in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina!

As Sales Support Specialist you will have very important role in the team and these will be your main (but not only) accountabilities:
- Support the Business Development in Bosnia and Herzegovina and you will be closely cooperating with operations in Croatia.
- Play the crucial role in support in the process of business proposals for the potential clients (proposals, administrative documents, statements)
- Act as a procurement support by placing orders, monitoring status of the order and following up
- Take the full ownership over the CRM and keep our valuable database up to date and ready for reporting
- Participate in development of new business ideas, using wide experience and innovative product portfolio of Monri Group
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new things and finds challenge in helping Monri clients to manage and grow their business using advanced solution from our portfolio.
Additionally you will have an advantage if you demonstrate:
- Experience in IT sector (experience in sales of software is more then welcome)
- Knowledge in the areas of business process & digital transformation solutions
- Knowledge of local IT market (business environment, market segmentation, customer needs)

What are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payment industry
- Understanding the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to the excellent client service
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Established relationships with merchants and banks
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Continuous improvement through feedback
