<p>Working hours: Monday – Thursday from 8:30am – 5.00pm; Friday from 8:30am – 4:00pm</p>

<p>Due to increased workload and business expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy recruitment and compliance team in Glasgow.</p>
<p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional team and to carve out a recruitment career in an ambitious company with an excellent market reputation, working on major infrastructure projects.</p>

<p> Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul class="text">
<li>Sourcing and screening candidates for various labour roles across different industries</li>
<li>Building and maintaining a strong candidate database</li>
<li>Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates</li>
<li>Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires</li>
<li>Providing administrative support to the whole resourcing team</li>
<li>Maintaining up-to-date records of candidate interactions and job applications</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time-management abilities</li>
<li>A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus but not essential</li>
<li>A keen interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and grow</li>
