This is a practical, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys fault-finding, working independently, and keeping equipment running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair a range of vending machines (snack, drink, and combination units) Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic faults Carry out routine preventative maintenance and inspections Refill machines where required and ensure correct product operation Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs on-site Install and commission new vending machines Maintain service records and parts usage Provide a professional and friendly service to customers What We're Looking For Previous experience as a vending machine engineer, field service engineer, or similar mechanical/electrical role Good mechanical aptitude with basic electrical knowledge Ability to fault-find and repair equipment independently Full UK driving licence (essential) Comfortable travelling locally around the Ashford area Good communication and customer service skills Reliable, organised, and self-motivated Desirable (but not essential): Experience with vending machine brands and payment systems Basic refrigeration knowledge Experience working in field-based service roles What's on Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Company vehicle or mileage allowance Tools and training provided Local travel only - no long-distance driving Stable, long-term role with growing business Apply with HRGO < Back to search
