Personal Injury Paralegal
A Personal Injury Paralegal/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Paralegal/Fee Earner to work on a caseload of RTA and EL/PL cases both pre and post litigated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a caseload of personal injury matters, including RTA, EL/PL and CICA claims
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and third parties
- Managing case files and ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
- Supporting the progression of claims through pre-litigation and litigation stages
Applications are invited from Paralegals/Fee Earners with experience of handling RTA or EL/PL files. You will have excellent communication and telephone skills and be able to work as part of a team.
