Your responsibilities include:Leading project workstreams across planning, execution, testing, and deliveryManaging cross‑functional delivery teams and developing talentWorking directly with clients to understand challenges and shape tailored solutionsBuilding trusted stakeholder relationships at all levelsDriving project communication, governance, and risk managementSupporting the growth and capability development of the wider delivery practiceYou’ll be part of a team that values curiosity, integrity, inclusion, and measurable impact — and you’ll have the freedom to grow your career in any direction you choose.Essential Experience for the Oracle Project Manager Extensive experience delivering Oracle ERP transformation programmesProven leadership in at least one Oracle workstream: Data Migration, Testing, or Project ManagementStrong client‑facing skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersUnderstanding of delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Activate, etc.)Knowledge of SDLC phases and cross‑functional deliveryExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsAbility to travel when requiredUK Government Security Clearance, or eligibility to obtain it Desirable Skills for the Oracle Project Manager Data Migration expertise (ETL, validation, reconciliation)Test Management experience across various testing cyclesProgramme management capability (PRINCE2, Agile frameworks, risk & schedule management)Experience working within consulting or professional servicesOracle certifications in Finance or Supply Chain modulesWhy Join This Team?
