Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Leadership
Own and execute the Global and NL brand and campaign strategy, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all markets.
Lead the development of value propositions that resonate with priority audiences and strengthen brand preference.
Translate brand strategy into integrated campaign plans across markets, channels, and touchpoints.
Country Marketing Plans & Budget Ownership
Lead and support country marketing managers in developing annual country marketing plans, ensuring local relevance and global consistency.
Influence the cross-country brand and campaign budget, partnering with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and maximize ROI.
Monitor, challenge, and elevate country plans to ensure strategic alignment, brand coherence, and commercial effectiveness.
Performance, Insights & Optimization
Leverage data, insights, and campaign analytics to refine strategy and optimize execution across creative, media, and channels.
Partner closely with the Global Media Team and performance teams to align brand strategy with media effectiveness and market learnings.
Continuously improve campaign frameworks and go-to-market processes using evidence-based insights.
Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration
Act as the key liaison between marketing leadership, creative agencies, media partners, and senior stakeholders.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with commercial goals.
Influence and guide decision-making across the organization
Team Leadership
Coach and mentor country marketing managers and brand team members, building capability in proposition development, campaign planning, and measurement.
Foster a culture of insight-driven decision making, encouraging teams to combine creativity with accountability.

Requirements:
8–10+ years of experience in brand, campaign, and multi-market marketing leadership, ideally within an international or matrixed environment.
Proven track record in developing integrated brand strategies and delivering effective, insight-led campaigns that drive growth.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, able to translate data and performance insights into strategic recommendations.
Experience influencing and optimizing multi-country marketing budgets, ensuring efficient, ROI-driven investments.
Demonstrated success in leading and coaching country marketing teams and elevating local marketing plans.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across media, creative, and performance teams.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
