Talent Advisor with Turkish (m/f/d)

What this position is about – Purpose:   Join our Global Talent Attraction team! We are looking for a new colleague, Talent Advisor with Turkish and English language. You will have a possibility to work with JTI entities in GBS Poland, Global Functions and/or MENEAT continuing to engage and attract the most diverse talents. Our team focuses on recruiting employees to all functions like: Sales, Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, Supply Chain, Production, giving you an opportunity to be a valuable partner for our entities outside of Poland. We look for a true Talent Advisor who will provide in-depth market insights to our Hiring Managers. Build JTI’s future with us.     Whom are we looking for – Requirements:   University degree                                                                                          At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience, agency experience is an added value Experience working with international clients and candidates, in a Shared Service environment, HR experience would be extremely beneficial Fluent in English and Turkish; additional languages such as Arabic would be an asset. Strong knowledge of the Talent Attraction/ Acquisition process Mastery of the recruitment lifecycle: interviewing and time management skills Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred Assessment tools and techniques experience would be a plus MS Office package user     What will you do – Responsibilities:   Providing main support to GBS Poland with openness to work as one team regarding the market response Delivering and managing end-to-end recruitment process for each assigned vacancy in the scope in line with the company’s Talent Attraction standards and metrics (setting briefing call, job posting in line with sourcing strategy, long list creation, shortlist creation based on competencies-based interviews, Hiring Manager interviews coordination, Job Offer stage support) Becoming a reliable business partner for local HR and Hiring Managers in responsible markets Providing each Hiring Manager with guidance to ensure their awareness of the process and compliance requirements and market factors, advising on the best and most effective recruitment channels Manage related reporting and ensure timely communication with Hiring Manager and local HR during the process     Our offer includes:   Competitive pay and attractive annual bonus On-going development opportunities in a multinational environment, a wide variety of projects, ambitious goals, and independence in achieving them.
