Amongst Inuru’s customers are the most valuable brands worldwide.</p> <p>In order to support the growth of the company we are searching for an Automation Engineer</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Your field is the <strong>Automation of production lines</strong> with conveyor belts and robot systems</li> <li>You are responsible for <strong>choosing, procuring and setting up</strong> the automation parts of an OLED production line</li> <li>You are responsible for <strong>optimizing production processes</strong> in connection with automation. These include Ink Jet printing, annealing in inert gas conditions, PVD systems.</li> <li>You will <strong>identify issues and challenges</strong> in the process and develop solutions how to counter those issues</li> <li>You set up operating mechanisms for the automation of individual processing parts of the production line</li> <li>You will be responsible to <strong>establish work plans for maintenance and execute</strong> them</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><strong>4 years of experience in automation of semiconductor production lines</strong> that use vacuum equipment, printing equipment and inert gas chambers</li> <li>Ideally <strong>you have scaled up production processes</strong> in the past and know common challenges and solutions to it</li> <li>Ideally you have <strong>proven experience</strong> (at 2 years) in the industrial production of OLED lighting or displays, ideally with printing processes</li> <li>Ideally you can <strong>automatize production lines with robots and conveyor belts</strong> that use high accuracy</li> <li>Experience in PLC programming and SMEMA</li> <li>Ability to <strong>dive into leading-edge and highly innovative technology and manufacturing processes</strong></li> <li>Preferably experienced in <strong>setting up and operating vacuum equipment</strong> for OLED production</li> <li>Self-motivated and creative/innovative</li> <li><strong>Data-driven</strong> with strong documentation, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills</li> <li>Good organization and time management skills</li> <li><strong>Strong team player</strong></li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>You will work in a <strong>full-time position</strong> working on the world of tomorrow already today, supplying the team with OLED processing technology to ensure the innovation position of the company</li> <li><strong>Bring in new ideas</strong> and take responsibility for <strong>own projects</strong> to grow the company together</li> <li><strong>Young diverse team</strong> – we are professional but laugh a lot</li> <li><strong>Come as you are</strong> - work in a truly tolerant, international team</li> <li><strong>No bullshit-culture</strong></li> </ul> <p>We are looking forward to you and your CV</p>
