In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the hotel’s elegant à la carte restaurant, where modern British cuisine is crafted using seasonal ingredients, many sourced directly from the hotel’s own kitchen garden.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
Taking responsibility for your own section and ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes
Supporting senior chefs with daily prep and service in a busy fine-dining environment
Helping to develop and test new seasonal dishes and menu ideas
Upholding top-tier food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
Guiding and mentoring junior members of the brigade
