If you want to qualify and are looking for a route in that values internal progression, this is how it works here.The Role You will support a top-ranked B2B debt recovery team handling high-volume and complex recoveries for major national brands, alongside numerous SMEs.Day-to-day work includes assisting on court proceedings, insolvency-driven recoveries, winding-up and bankruptcy petitions, managing case files, drafting County Court claims and statutory demands, liaising with clients and debtors, and supporting fee earners through pre-action negotiation to enforcement.What You Need Strong academics are essential: excellent A-levels and a strong undergraduate degree. You should be a recent graduate, have completed the LPC, or be a career Paralegal.Prior paralegal experience is useful but not required.
