This is a critical role for someone who excels in both direct sales and building channels, with the capacity to establish strong alliances, secure new business, and stimulate long-term market development. <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Experience in HVAC, mechanical equipment, or related industrial sales</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">4+ years of outside sales, channel development, or manufacturer representation experience</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Proven track record in building and managing independent reps, dealers, or distributor networks</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Ability to develop indirect sales channels while closing direct business opportunities</span></li>
