Corick House Hotel & Spa is an award-winning 4-star hotel in the heart of the Clogher Valley, Co. Tyrone. We are passionate about delivering exceptional food and hospitality and are looking for a talented Line Chef to join our busy kitchen team.
The Role
As a Line Chef, you will help prepare and deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. Working alongside a passionate team, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook food to a high standard
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
* Work effectively as part of the kitchen team
* Support daily kitchen operations and service
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in a chef or line chef role
* Strong food preparation and cooking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
