Job Description
  • Provides physical therapy services as planned and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
  • Confers regularly with the Physical Therapist about the patient's treatment plan and progress.
  • Assists with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and treatment areas.
  • Communicates patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist.
  • Submits patient treatment and billing documentation per required timelines.
  • Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Participates in staff development programs and continuing education as required.

  • Shift: M-F 8 to 5 PM, On Call Schedule: N/A.

Education/Licenses Needed
