This is a standout opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader to take full ownership of a high-quality asset, leading on-site operations and delivering a best-in-class resident experience.
As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of the community. You will lead, inspire, and develop on-site teams while ensuring excellence across all areas including Customer Service, Facilities Management, Leasing, and Health & Safety.
Responsibilities
n- Lead all on-site operations, setting the standard for excellence across departments
- Oversee customer service delivery, ensuring a consistently high-quality resident experience
- Manage Facilities Management, compliance, and Health & Safety standards
- Take full ownership of the residential operating budget, driving efficiency and performance
- Support and oversee leasing performance in collaboration with the wider team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial tenants and external partners
- Ensure the asset is maintained to the highest possible standard

About You
n- Proven experience at senior management level within Build to Rent, PBSA, Co-living or Hospitality
- A passionate leader with a strong focus on customer experience
- Track record of managing and developing high-performing, multi-functional teams
- Strong understanding of building operations, compliance, and Health & Safety
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised, resilient, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity
