Recruitment Consultant - Industrial

Location: Sheffield City Centre

Salary: £28k to £30k plus great bonus scheme

They are recognised as one of the regions busiest independent staffing agencies and are based in a prime City Centre location.

Due to a period of growth they are looking to recruit an additional consultant to work within their Industrial Division at their head office based in Sheffield.

Should you be successful you will report directly to the Divisional Manager where your role will consist of (but not limited to);

· Candidate attraction

· Resourcing and interviewing candidates

· Candidate management

· Payroll

· General administration / compliance

· Achieving deadlines

· Generation of sales in a targeted environment

· Visiting new and existing clients

· Working on-call on a rota basis

In addition to your salary, you will also be entitled to private health cover after your probationary period, pension and a leading commission structure.
