Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools – Brighton & Surrounding Areas
Pink Tile Education is looking for confident and reliable individuals to join secondary schools in Brighton and the surrounding areas as Cover Supervisors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to gain experience in education—whether you’re an aspiring teacher, recent graduate, or someone with experience working with young people who’s ready for a new challenge.
What We’re Looking For
Confident and assertive individuals who can lead a classroom
Experience working with young people (in education, sport, coaching, or youth work)
Comfortable managing behaviour and keeping students on task
Strong communication skills to provide feedback to teaching staff
Flexible to work across different schools (access to a car is helpful but not essential)
A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Role Responsibilities
Supervise classrooms and deliver pre-set lesson work across a variety of subjects
Manage student behaviour in line with school expectations
Keep pupils engaged, focused, and on task
Respond calmly and confidently to challenges
Provide clear feedback to teaching staff about the lesson
