The athletic training services include: injury or illness prevention programs; evaluation, management, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries or illness sustained during physical activity; and giving emergency care or first aid for an injury or illness sustained while participating in physical activity. The Licensed Athletic Trainer Pool participates in other department activities designed to enhance patient/athlete care and programs. Other duties as assigned.</font></font></p><p><b style="font-family:'times new roman';font-size:1.6rem">EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: </b></p><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Relevant outreach athletic trainer experience is preferred. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Athletic Training program or a related field is required.<br /> <br /><b> LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:</b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">State of Wisconsin licensure as an Athletic Trainer is required. Certification as an Athletic Trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC) is required.
