This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor (7+ PQE) to step into a senior position with genuine scope to build, develop and lead a team over time. The firm sees Private Client as a key strategic area for growth and is keen to bring in someone who can play a central role in shaping the offering.

You’ll handle a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and tax planning, advising a varied client base including high-net-worth individuals. Alongside your caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, contribute to business development, and help drive the team forward.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in Private Client
• Strong technical experience across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members (or the ambition to do so)
• Commercially minded with an interest in developing client relationships and growing a team
• Excellent communication and client care skills
