Senior Human Resources Project Manager<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The Senior Human Resources Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-impact initiatives within the Human Resources portfolio. This role partners closely with HR leadership, the Portfolio & Project Manager, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-wide HR programs and projects.</p><p></p><p>This position requires strong HR domain experience combined with proven experience managing large-scale, highly visible, and complex projects. The ideal candidate brings disciplined project management practices, sound business judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.</p><p></p><p><b>This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week)</b></p><p></p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk, and high-visibility HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise and HR strategic priorities.</p></li><li><p>Translate project charters into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Drive execution excellence across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality commitments are met.</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating with clear insights and recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate alignment, decision-making, and accountability across senior stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Support change management and adoption planning to ensure sustained outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Provide project management consultation to build capability and maturity within HR.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.</p></li><li><p>7–10 years of progressive project management experience, including leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience within Human Resources (e.g., HR operations, HR Technology, HR Shared Services, or COE’s).</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience leading HR technology or vendor-implemented solutions.</p></li><li><p>Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders in complex environments.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>$107,680-$161,520.
