We’re seeking a dedicated I&E Field Foreman to oversee and execute vital operations in Kenedy, TX, and surrounding areas. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven hands-on experience with instrumentation, electrical systems, SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and calibration skills to keep facilities running smoothly.
• Ability to perform basic electrical work, preventive maintenance, and install/repair instrumentation components.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and coordination with team members and contractors.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with water meters and well head control equipment.
• Familiarity with system tuning, valve automation, and facility startup procedures.
• Additional certifications in electrical or instrumentation fields.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 8+ years of relevant operator experience.
• Prior experience working in water, wellhead, or similar industrial environments.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate company vehicle on paved and rural roads.
• Willingness to work M-F, 40 hours/week, with potential callouts.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
