Job description
LIXIL, home to the GROHE brand, is seeking a proven project‑driven sales leader to shape and grow our UK Projects function. This role is central to strengthening our project pipeline, influencing specification, and positioning GROHE as the premium water‑solutions partner across major hotel, residential, and developer segments.
The Role
This role exists to lead, develop, and elevate the UK Projects Team and Internal Projects Office, ensuring we deliver a world‑class level of customer orientation and project execution. You will build and execute a clear project strategy, strengthen our capability in specification and project conversion, and drive a high‑quality pipeline through professional account management and targeted market engagement.
Working as part of the wider UK commercial leadership team and the EMENA regional projects network, you will ensure the UK is positioned as a key contributor to global project success. You will champion the processes, tools, and behaviours that enable sustainable growth, strong customer relationships, and consistent delivery of commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the UK Project Sales / Specification team.
Build and execute the UK Project Sales strategy with the Commercial Leader.
Set and monitor revenue, profit, pipeline, and conversion targets.
Strengthen relationships with hotel groups, residential developers, designers, investors, and large builders.
Improve conversion rates across all stages of the sales pipeline.
Build deep market, customer, and competitor insight and share intelligence across the business.
Enhance team capability through training, development meetings, and international best‑practice sharing.
Ensure CRM is used as the central source of project intelligence with accurate, timely reporting.
Maintain robust account plans and provide weekly and monthly pipeline updates.
Collaborate with Marketing on project‑specific materials and campaigns.
Represent GROHE UK professionally and uphold LIXIL values in all interactions.
What You Bring
Proven success in project or specification sales.
Background selling interior or building products.
Multiple years’ experience leading project sales teams.
Strong commercial, analytical, and pipeline management capability.
Collaborative leadership style; comfortable in matrix and omni‑channel environments.
Hunter mindset with the ability to lead teams sustainably.
