The role initially offers a temporary assignment with the potential for permanent placement based on performance during the first 90 days. The work schedule primarily consists of Monday through Thursday, with some Fridays potentially required.
Seasoned Human Resource Generalist – 5+ years experience
Recruiting experience – 5+ years experience
Manufacturing experience in HR
Knowledge and experience in employee relations, onboarding, hiring and compliance
HR experience in a manufacturing plant with 100+ employees
