About the Role
Regional HR Business Partner | 15 Month Fixed Term Contract | Up to £65,000 | Hybrid WorkingSome HR roles are about maintaining what's already there.This isn't one of them.We're partnering with a growing professional services business that, over the last few years, has experienced significant growth and is now bringing everything together under one modern People strategy. It's an exciting point in their journey; the foundations have been laid, and they're now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help embed the work that's been started.Reporting into an impressive Chief People Officer who is passionate about building a collaborative, high-performing HR team, you'll partner with senior leaders across your region while helping to deliver projects that will genuinely shape the future of the business.You'll have a regional client group of around 150 colleagues, but this isn't simply an employee relations role. Yes, you'll coach managers, navigate complex people matters, and build trusted relationships with your stakeholders, but just as importantly, you'll play a key role in embedding some significant people initiatives.Over the next 15 months, you'll be involved in areas including:Bringing a newly developed Career Framework to life.Supporting the continued rollout and adoption of a new HR system.Embedding a consistent performance management approach.Supporting organisational change and future business integration.Developing leadership capability through coaching and partnering with managers.We're looking for someone who enjoys working at both the strategic and operational level. Someone who can sit alongside senior leaders, influence decisions, challenge constructively when needed, and then roll up their sleeves to make things happen.This environment won't suit everyone. It's fast-paced, commercially focused, and there are plenty of strong personalities around the table.
