<p>We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Southern Region Team as a Project Manager. This role involves overseeing administrative and technical aspects of projects, including planning, directing, and coordinating engineering and scheduling activities.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage field team with Division Manager and Estimator.</li>
<li>Set project objectives with Division Manager.</li>
<li>Represent company with primary owner representatives.</li>
<li>Attend owner meetings.</li>
<li>Monitor construction to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.</li>
<li>Manage job administration and contract documentation.</li>
<li>Handle financial aspects of contracts, including budgeting and billing.</li>
<li>Create and execute project work plans.</li>
<li>Assign responsibilities and manage day-to-day operations of projects.</li>
<li>Review deliverables and enforce project standards.</li>
<li>Minimize risk on projects.</li>
<li>Provide safety and quality control management.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate forecasting and manage budgets.</li>
<li>Resolve problems involving labor disputes, material deliveries, and contracts.</li>
<li>Oversee document control and subcontractor coordination.</li>
<li>Initiate baseline schedule and ensure Project Schedule integrity.</li>
<li>Perform other assigned duties.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent technical training and experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<p>Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, and risk management.</p>

<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>
<p>Requirements include standing and walking at construction sites, sitting for extended periods, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Vision abilities such as close vision and depth perception are necessary.</p>
<p><strong>Company Benefits</strong></p>
<p>Our benefits package includes health benefits, performance-based compensation, ESOP participation, vacation time, sick days, paid holidays, and a 401K program. (Subject to eligibility requirements) Annual Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000.</p>
