Corporate Tax Manager - Advisory & Compliance Milton Keynes (Hybrid) £60,000 to £70,000 DOE Butler Rose Public Practice is supporting a leading firm in the appointment of a Corporate Tax Manager to help lead and develop their Corporate Tax function. This is a senior opportunity combining complex compliance oversight, high-level advisory delivery, and team leadership across a diverse corporate client base (£50m-£300m turnover). Key Responsibilities: Client & Technical Leadership Manage a corporate tax portfolio and review complex computations Lead on technical advisory matters including capital allowances, CIR, losses, transfer pricing, R&D, share schemes, VAT and restructuring Act as technical lead on complex compliance reviews Team & Operational Oversight Manage, review and develop team members Oversee workflow, WIP, billing and quality control Drive process improvements and efficiency Commercial Contribution Identify advisory opportunities and support Partners on complex projects Contribute to wider firm initiatives and cross-team collaboration Key Requirements: ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified Minimum six years' corporate tax experience Strong compliance review and advisory background Experience managing staff within a Top 50 practice Confident, commercially aware and client-facing What's on Offer Leadership role with real influence Complex and varied advisory exposure Hybrid working Clear progression opportunity within a progressive firm Competitive benefits package Interested?
