Experience Basic - £14.75 –with 20%bonus£17.70
Experience Medium - £15.25 -with 20%£18.30
Experience Highly skilled - £15.75 -with 20% £18.90
• Quarterly Pay Reviews.
The Role:
• MIG weld trailer chassis & components to exacting standards.
• Maintain a clean, efficient weld department.
• Plan workloads & lead by example to drive business growth.
