Job Description

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior FP&A Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
- Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous but not essential.
