Hybrid (3-4 days a week in the London office).</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong><br /> </strong></div> <div><strong>Language Requirements:</strong></div> <div>Fluency in German and English - essential</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>About the Company:</strong></div> <div>Our client is one of the world&rsquo;s most innovative AI SaaS companies, working with organisations across all business sectors to implement successfully AI powered enterprise search engine platforms.. &nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>The Role:</strong></div> <div>As the Sales Development Representative DACH - German speaking you will work closely with their team of Account Executives to generate qualified sales opportunities across the DACH countries that that will contribute to the company&rsquo;s revenue growth.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong><br /> </strong></div> <div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities</li> <li>Run your own qualification calls with potential clients, helping to guide them through the first part of the evaluation process</li> <li>Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline</li> <li>Identify key decision makers within new large enterprise and strategic accounts</li> <li>Manage your own qualification calls with potential clients, helping to guide them through the first part of the evaluation process</li> <li>Demonstrate attentive listening skills when understanding customer requirements</li> <li>Consistently meet established quota targets that will contribute to the company&rsquo;s revenue growth</li> <li>Work with the Marketing team to provide feedback on campaigns</li> <li>Represent company at strategic marketing events and trade shows</li> <li>Develop critical sales skills, such as leading effective discovery calls, cold calling, objection handling, articulating and selling value, prioritization and time management, and more</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Candidate Profile:</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Fluency in German and English</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university</li> <li>Experience as a SDR in a SAAS company is advantage but NOT essential - full training given</li> <li>Team-centric mindset and demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment</li> <li>Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to identify potential customer opportunities</li> <li>A love for making an impact and working with a team to hit key goals and metrics and have a competitive spirit!</li> <li>Passion and curiosity around technology with an excitement to comprehend and articulate value points to customers</li> <li>The desire to work in a fast-paced, &ldquo;do what it takes&rdquo; startup culture</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits:</strong></div> <div>Basic salary c&pound;45,000 + commission - OTE &pound;62,000</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>To be considered for this role within a successful technology organisation, please send your CV to Jonathan Grimes (jgrimes@languagebusiness.co.uk) or call &nbsp;07902 635 305</div>
