Location – Luton

Full-Time | Permanent | 4-Day Working Week | No Weekends

£12.98 per hour (£27,000 per annum) + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £33,000+)

Buy It Direct is one of the UK’s leading online retailers. As our Appliances, Better Bathrooms, Furniture123 and Laptops businesses continue to grow, we’re expanding our Home Delivery & Installation team in Luton.

We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.

You’ll start by delivering one-man goods, including white goods and electrical items.

For those with the right attitude and technical mindset, there is a clear progression pathway into an Electrical Driver Installer role, no previous installation experience required.

We’ll provide full training. You bring the drive to learn and develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering goods safely using a 3.5-tonne vehicle
• Providing a professional, friendly service in customers’ homes
• Completing digital paperwork and delivery records accurately
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
• Handling appliances and electrical goods safely

Are you:

• A dependable and safety-conscious driver
• Customer-focused with great communication skills
• Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Keen to develop technical skills and build a long-term career

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
• Delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn installation skills
