About the Role

<h4>The Mission: Shipping Executable Intent</h4>Search Atlas is moving beyond the "feature factory" model . We recognize that generative coding agents have turned implementation into a commodity. The scarce resource is no longer execution capacity - it is the ability to decide what should be built and orchestrating agents to build it.We are hiring an AI-native Product Manager to lead core verticals. This is not a typical PM role. You will work directly with our Founder to architect the future of SEO software. Your deliverable is working prototypes and Merge Requests, not static PRDs.<hr><h4>What You’ll Do</h4><h5>1. Product Ownership & Agent Orchestration</h5><ul><li>Define Executable Intent: Craft the goals, constraints, and project context required for AI agents to autonomously turn requirements into production-ready features.</li><li>Orchestrate Delivery: Use Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Cursor to generate functional prototypes and interactive dashboards rather than static specs.</li><li>Lead Super-Cells: Own the end-to-end vision for one major product pod, managing release workflows directly inside GitLab.</li></ul><h5>2. AI-Driven Discovery & Data Mastery</h5><ul><li>Synthesize Signals: Leverage agentic tools to process months of customer feedback and support tickets to identify the next high-value product move.</li><li>Deep Analysis: Analyze massive SEO and performance datasets using SQL and Python.</li><li>Evaluation Frameworks: Build structured prompts and benchmarks to validate LLM-generated insights for accuracy and reliability.</li></ul><h5>3. UX Design & Rapid Iteration</h5><ul><li>Visual Prototyping: Transform complex data into insight-dense interfaces using Figma, Figma Make, or Lovable.</li><li>Radical Reliability: QA every feature in staging to ensure UX coherence and data integrity, driving rapid iteration cycles.</li></ul><hr><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Experience: 5+ years as a Technical PM in SaaS with a heavy focus on AI/LLM orchestration.</li><li>Technical Hands-on: Mastery of SQL (complex queries) and Python (data analysis/scripting) is mandatory.</li><li>AI Native: Proven ability to build products and prototypes using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agent frameworks.</li><li>Engineering Fluency: Deep comfort with GitLab workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and branching strategies.</li><li>Operational Speed: Ability to write "executable intent" and test cases rather than just business requirements.</li></ul><hr><h4>Salary & Benefits</h4><ul><li class="MsoNormal">Salary: $5,000 - $6,500 USD per month (depending on experience and location)</li><li class="MsoNormal">Benefits: 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off</li><li class="MsoNormal">This position is paid in USD, which is approximately R$29,500 - R$35,000 BRL depending on the current exchange rate.
