The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
Registration with Social Work England.
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
