<li>Define platform roadmaps for scalability, performance, and audit compliance</li>
<li>Design workflows and modules to enhance platform capabilities</li>
<li>Implement and optimize ServiceNow solutions, focusing on relevant modules</li>
<li>Manage platform upgrades and ensure compliance with security standards</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and documentation for solutions</li>
<li>Implement process governance and best practices</li>
<li>Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow engineers</li>

<li>10+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ITSM, ITAM & CMDB</li>
<li>Experience with workflow design and integrations</li>
<li>Proven leadership on large-scale projects</li>
<li>Skilled in scripting languages and Service Portal</li>
<li>Integrating ServiceNow with external systems</li>
<li>Understanding of functional impacts</li>
<li>Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies</li>
<li>Mentoring technical teams</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with Perl and Python programming</li>
<li>Must reside in or relocate to Reston, VA</li>
