Für ein Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen im Großraum Würzburg suchen wir einen Junior Risikomanager (m/w/d). Die Position ist neu geschaffen und bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem fachlich gut aufgestellten Team zu arbeiten, eigene thematische Schwerpunkte einzubringen und diese gemeinsam mit dem Team weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Aktive Beteiligung an der Umsetzung und Einhaltung aufsichtsrechtlicher Standards, insbesondere bei der Risikoklassifizierung und Dokumentation interner Vorgaben
• Analyse und Bewertung von Drittdienstleistern sowie Begleitung des laufenden Monitorings ausgelagerter Aktivitäten
• Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen und Steuerungsinformationen für die Geschäftsführung sowie Beiträge zur strategischen Jahresplanung
• Konzeptionelle Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden zur Risikoidentifikation und -bewertung

Ihr Profil:

• Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder Bankausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement, Berufseinsteiger mit erster Erfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika/ Werkstudententätigkeit ebenfalls willkommen
• Kenntnisse relevanter Regulatorik, insbesondere MaRisk, BAIT und KWG
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1+) sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
