The Charge Nurse is also responsible for directing care to patients, facilitating workflows, serving as a clinical resource for staff, and providing team leadership on a shift-to-shift basis.</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-size: 10pt;">Provides direct care for patients, as well as monitors and coordinates other nurses and members of the staff on the daily medical or behavioral health care activities of the clinic</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Schedules staff to ensure full coverage at all times and to ensure effective application of services.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Leads, guides, and trains employees performing work.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversees and provides direct nursing evaluation, consultation, and other related care to patients, as required.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinates services and maintains communication with other departments or staff, as required.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Accurately and timely completes and maintains required documentation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversees quality assurance activities and compliance to operational standards, participates in program development, development, or implementation of operating policy and procedure, and promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices, as requested.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">May be required to administer medications per physician/provider orders, accurately documents medication administration, and ensure accurate count of controlled substance medication administration on required documents.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">May be required to perform blood and other specimen collection and processing, and reading test results as ordered by Program Physicians.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Based on the clinic service model, may be required to transport medication to other locations and/or work on a CTC Mobile Unit.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum 2+ years’ experience in nursing practice</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Supervisory experience preferred, unless otherwise required by State or Licensing requirements.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prefer experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery field environment (inpatient or outpatient)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Training or experience treating patients with MAT (medication-assisted treatment) is highly preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">There must be no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment</span></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
