(pro rata)<br /> Full-time &#8211; Permanent / Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00, with one hour for lunch&nbsp;(Reduced hours negotiable)</p> <p><b>Benefits</b></p> <ul> <li>Bonus</li> <li>Pension</li> <li>Private Medical Insurance.</li> <li>23 days&rsquo; annual leave entitlement + Christmas shutdown</li> </ul> <p>Pfleiderer is a Europe-wide leading manufacturer of wood-based panels; we are looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our business across the UK &amp; Ireland.</p> <p><b>The ideal candidate will be:</b></p> <ul> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)</li> <li>Have good customer service experience</li> <li>Be able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks</li> <li>Be comfortable on the telephone with a polite and friendly telephone manner</li> <li>Have good written &amp; verbal communication skills</li> <li>Be enthusiastic with a positive attitude</li> </ul> <p><b>In this role you can expect to be:</b></p> <ul> <li>Answering incoming telephone calls and email enquiries from a variety of customers.</li> <li>Handling sample requests &#8211; taking requests and ensuring prompt packing &amp; mailing.</li> <li>Maintaining sample stocks, liaising with distributors re. sample/literature supply and liaising with Sales and Marketing personnel.</li> <li>Pro-actively contacting kitchen studios where POS are placed, to check on sales activity, requirements for more marketing materials etc.</li> <li>Logging sample requests as leads for the Sales team on CRM system.</li> <li>Occasionally assisting the Strategic Marketing Co-Ordinator on projects.</li> <li>Issuing export documents for customs clearance and answering any queries &#8211; liaising with our transport department, customers, customs agents, hauliers.</li> <li>Checking, logging and passing on supplier invoices for payment, in conjunction with the Office Manager.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>This role will report to the Commercial Services Manager.</p> <p>Candidates must be eligible to work in UK to be considered for this position.</p> <p>Apply today with an up-to-date CV.</p>
