The BIRKENSTOCK Group is headquartered in Linz am Rhein and maintains several locations in Germany, as well as sales offices in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. <br><p><span style="font-size:20.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">YOUR TASKS:</span></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">You process our shipments within the EU as well as to third parties from booking to billing until completion. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">You are familiar with legal requirements regarding export shipments and respective documentation.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">With your analytical and structured approach, you plan coordinate groupage transports including notification processes. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">You have thorough knowledge of customs procedures, including simplified customs authorizations and documentation handling. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">You are responsilbe for air-, ocean-, road-freight shipments.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">You ensure proper handling, accurate documentation and monitoring of our Letter of Credit business. </span></span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:20.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">YOUR PROFILE:</span></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"> A minimum of 2-3 years of export air-, ocean-, road-freight experience.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Bachelor´s degree in logistics or business-related field.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Familiar with legal requirements regarding exporting shipments, including Incoterms and outbound customs processes. Knowledgeable Documentary Letter of Credit business and documentation.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Proficient computer user including the full Microsoft office package.
